What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the MinnAI website. Use of the MinnAI application is governed by the services agreement and the Business Associate Agreement signed between Wanile Technologies and your agency. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
The website
The content here is provided for information. Product descriptions reflect capability at the time of writing and are not a warranty, a service-level commitment, or a promise of a particular regulatory outcome for your agency.
Accounts
There is no self-service signup. Accounts are provisioned for contracted agencies. Signing in is subject to the agreement covering your agency.
Requesting a demonstration
Submitting the form asks us to contact you. It creates no obligation on either side. What we do with the information is described in our privacy notice.
Regulatory information
References to CFSS, EVV, the Cures Act, HHAeXchange and MMIS are provided as context. They are not legal or compliance advice, and your agency remains responsible for its own regulatory obligations.
