What this page covers

This notice describes the information collected by the MinnAI website at this address. It does not describe how the MinnAI application handles health information belonging to an agency's clients. That is governed by the Business Associate Agreement between Wanile Technologies and each agency, and by the agency's own notice of privacy practices.

What we collect, and only when you send it

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tag on this page. Browsing it sends us nothing beyond the ordinary server request log.

If you submit the demo request form, we store what you typed:

• Your agency's name
• Your name, work email address, and phone number if you provide one
• Your answers about agency size, programs, current system and timeline
• Anything you write in the message field
• The date and time you gave permission to be contacted

Alongside that we store a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the page you arrived from. The IP address itself is never written to the database, only a salted hash of it, which lets us rate-limit abuse and cannot be turned back into an address.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request and to prepare a demonstration relevant to your agency. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. [NEEDS LEGAL REVIEW: confirm the lawful basis language counsel prefers.]

How long we keep it

Who else can see it

Our database is hosted by Supabase. Access inside Wanile Technologies is limited to platform administrators, enforced by database policy rather than convention. Your choices

Email privacy@minnai.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will confirm within 30 days.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies. The application at /login and beyond sets a session cookie, which is necessary to keep you signed in, and stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. Neither is used for tracking.
